  • Mail to CP4-5-176 Campbell Park Offices, Campbell Park, ACT 2600 with
    • proof of your stay @ a BIG4 Holiday Park; &
    • a copy of your BIG4 membership card (name, expiry date, number).
      (Must have joined BIG4 after 01/03/2007)
    • Currently serving Navy uniformed personnel only -please include your Service Number
