GOVERNANCE

The RANCCB is required to function within the framework as set-out in the Naval Defence Act, 1910, and the Naval (Canteens) Regulations 1954. The Board of Directors of the Fund should act to the betterment of the stakeholders whilst remaining responsive to the Chief of Navy as the principal of the Fund.

The RANCCB is committed to achieving best practice and in the interest of achieving this goal has developed corporate governance policies and a Charter for compliance with the ASL rules.
